ChineseKwa has manufacturer facility in Hong Kong hence our products will ship from Hong Kong to USA, and other countries.  In USA, we have a local office which is a back office for order taking and operations.  We also accept return of any items within 3 days of receipt for full refund subtracting the shipping charges.  Buyer is responsible for sending back the item (s) to our Los Angeles, CA office.
