Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY


We know that you will be happy with the purchase from our website as we only sell good quality products. As our products are offered in the best quality and vey low price, we only allows refund or exchange with 3 days of receipt of the item(s).  Buyer bears all the shipping charges.  We'll also charge $20 for handling fees for all returns items.  For refund or exchange, please email us: ann@chinesekwa.com

Please note that all custom made items are non-refundable or non-exchangable!

You must include the your name, address, and the order number when you ship it back for an exchange or refund.  Please follow the below refund or exchange procedure:

1. Email us: 
ann@chinesekwa.com within 3 days of receipt of the products (Please note we must receive your email with 3 days of the receipt in order to process a refund or exchange).  Please also indicate the order number and tracking number in the email for easy tracking.  From the tracking number we can trace when the product is delivered and received.  We'll based on the "received" date from the tracking number info on the post office website to count the 3 days return contact.
2. We’ll email you back the instructions how you should ship the item back to us.
3. Ship the product back to us following instructions on #2.

4. We'll refund you the item purchased amount less shipping fee.
